NCWorks is North Carolina's workforce system. Job seekers can search for jobs, create resumes, and find education and training. Employers can find candidates, post jobs, and search labor market information.
How do you register for NCWorks?
To register or create a new account in NCWorks Online:
- Go to www.ncworks.gov.
- On the home page, click Sign In.
- Under Option 3 – select Create a User Account, click Individual.
- Follow the steps and fill in all required (*) fields. When the “What would you like to do next?” page displays, you are signed in.

If you've previously registered and it has been more than 90 days since you have logged in to the website, you must visit NCWorks.gov and verify your information in order to reactivate your account.
