How do I check my 1pMobile balance?

Check your balance
To check your real-time balance dial 150 from your phone. A recorded announcement will read you your latest balance. You can also text BALANCE to 07950014111 and we will text you back with the latest cleared balance we have.

Why is 1pMobile not working?

If your phone says the SIM is invalid it is most likely that the phone is locked to another network. Please turn your phone off, wait 15 minutes, and then turn it on again. Please perform a manual network search.

How do I activate my 1pMobile SIM card?

Log in to your 1pMobile account and activate your SIM by entering the six-digit activation code you received with your SIM card. The activation code is listed on the paper letter in this Welcome Pack. The phone balance will say £0 until activation is complete, when your balance will appear.

Does 1pMobile credit expire?

How long will my credit last? Providing you keep your account active by topping up by at least £10 every 120 days, your credit will never expire. Any unused credit on your account when you top-up, will remain.
