How do I get a refund from ABTA?
If you need help getting a refund from an ABTA Member, you can register a complaint on our website and an adviser will be in touch with you. Unfortunately, we are not able to help customers who have booked with a company that is not a Member of ABTA.
How long are ABTA claims taking?
Please be aware that we are currently estimating that claims can take up to six months to be processed – this is not usually the case, it is simply down to the volume of claims that have been submitted.
