I have been trying fro some time to log in to "redeem points" through the internet banking and it always returns "your session has expired"
This included several attempts by a bank representative at a branch. The representative the managed to contact Amplify (twice) who initially said it must be something to do with my connection but changed tune when advised the same result was experienced on the bank's computer.
He then (apparently) said he would investigate and placed the bank representative "on hold" for some 10 minutes and the call was then cut.
On phoning back, unexpectedly to the same Amplify rep and repeat performance with 10+ minutes on hold and then the call was again cut.
NOT ACCEPTABLE. As a result I would not recommend an Amplify credit card to anyone and when they request a fee (as in all fee but no service) I will be considering changing as it presents NO VALUE.
