How can I speak to an ANZ operator?

Call 13 13 14 for self-service phone banking 24/7. To speak to a customer service consultant, call us between 7am – 10pm, any day of the week.

Why can't I log into ANZ Internet Banking?

Sometimes your browser is up to date but you stil can't connect to ANZ Internet Banking. The most common issues that can stop you from being able to access Internet Banking are the presence of pop-up blockers, JavaScript being disabled, SSL Certifcate issues and problems with Cookies and temporary fles.

How do I unlock my ANZ Internet Banking?

If you incorrectly enter your Security Device Code three times your User ID will be locked and you will be required to contact ANZ Internet Banking Support Centre to reset your User ID.

How do I access my ANZ account online?

Complete the steps on the Register for ANZ Internet Banking page, then enter your CRN and Telecode. Enter a valid email address and confirm your details so that we can get in touch when it matters.
