How do I create an AppFolio account?

Click the link or button in the email from your property management company to land on the Owner Portal login page. On the Owner Portal sign up page, the email your property manager has on file will be automatically filled in. Create a strong password, then click Create an Account.

How do I change my password in AppFolio?

-Have your tenant navigate to and bookmark https://oneteamrealty.appfolio.com/connect (this is the correct login URL). -Have your tenant reset their password if they are still unable to login. Have them click the “Forgot Password?” link at the bottom of the page.
