A bankruptcy court has approved Ascena Retail Group's Chapter 11 plans. Under the plans, Ascena — which owns Ann Taylor, Lane Bryant, Loft and Lou & Grey — will be renamed Mahwah Bergen Retail Group. Ascena originally filed for bankruptcy last July.
