How do I log into Aspen?
To access all features of the portals, log on to the full site by typing your district's Aspen URL into a web browser on your desktop or laptop computer. For quick, convenient portal access, however, you can log on to Aspen Mobile.
How do I log into Aspen Family Portal?
Your first call should be to your child's school.
Each school has a staff member, or two, that have access to all of their students' Aspen Family Portal logins. If the school doesn't have a login for you, you may request your login by contacting the KCS IT Helpdesk by completing this form.
How do I delete my Aspen account?

Log into your Aspen iRecord® account, hover over Billing in the upper right corner of the screen, and select Manage Subscriptions from the drop-down menu. Click Cancel my subscription and benefits below the two subscription plans.
How do I add a student to my Aspen Portal?
To add a new contact, select Options > Add. The New Student Contact page appears. In the Selection Type pop-up, indicate whether Aspen should display Related Contacts, All People or All Contacts. Make your selection, and then click OK.
