I have not been able to sign into My BA Staff Travel. My daughter and I are to travel Aug. 17th to join Family Members in Amsterdam, This visit and Friends and Family gathering has been planned for quite some time. Unfortunately, every time I attempt to sign in to list my daughter and I for the August 17th BA 216 the system repeatedly states it doesn't recognize me & I entered incorrect information.

When I try to change my login password, system default a strong password to me and I pressed Enter accidentally. I need to change to my own password. I chose to reset password, the security question that I try to answer always show was not correct. What can I do.
