How do I use BCIT Appanywhere?
In a web browser, go to the AppsAnywhere site and login using your usual BCIT credentials. Click on the blue button on the left indicating that it your first time using AppsAnywhere on this device. The Appsanywhere client download will start. Wait for it to complete.
Why is AppsAnywhere not working?
If you receive errors trying to run the software, make sure to run Windows updates to ensure your operating system is up-to-date. Some anti-virus programs may block AppsAnywhere or Cloudpaging player from running. Try temporarily disabling your anti-virus program or white-list these applications.
Why are some apps unavailable on AppsAnywhere?
If an application appears in the 'Unavailable' tab this indicates that it may not be installed on the computer you are logged into. If you require the use of an unavailable application, please use a computer where the required software is installed.
Does AppsAnywhere work on Mac?
AppsAnywhere only works in a Windows environment meaning that to use it on your own Mac you need Windows installed. You should then run both AppsAnywhere and the VPN in that environment. You can use Windows on your Mac by dual booting or by using Parallels.
