What is my Benenden membership number?
The easiest way is to log into My Benenden. When you login, you'll see your membership number located on the right-hand side within the blue box. Your membership number is also shown on your welcome pack, and on any correspondence, we may have sent you.
Can I cancel Benenden membership?
If you do decide to cancel your membership, you can do so by writing to the Member Loyalty Department, Benenden Personal Healthcare, Holgate Park Drive, York, YO26 4GG. Alternatively you can email us at member [email protected] or call 0800 414 8480 (lines open 8am – 5pm Monday – Friday).
Is Benenden Health part of BUPA?
Bupa will now administer the Benenden Personal Healthcare product on behalf of Benenden and arrange local diagnostic and treatment services for covered members.
