Price: The Total Health Set (Biostrap + Shoe Pod) is $250, this might seem a little pricy but it's justified considering it's a two-piece fitness tracking system and it's far more advanced than many comparable products.

Do you need a subscription for Biostrap?

The Biostrap app advanced sleep data is only available via subscription. Although, all other biometrics are available without a subscription.

What is bio strap?

Out of the box, Biostrap samples your heart rate (beats per minute), heart rate variability (HRV), blood oxygen saturation and respiration rate only once every 10 minutes. This is meant to conserve battery life, but you can increase the sample frequency to every five minutes via the mobile app.

Does Biostrap have a monthly fee?
