Can I use Bolt without the app?

You can request a ride without having a smart device. Simply log in to your account with your phone number on our mobile site. Note: This option works only for cash payments if allowed in your city.

How do I request Taxify without the app?

Just type in m.bolt.eu on your laptop or tablet, get a confirmation SMS on your phone and your driver will arrive in a few minutes to take you where needed.

What countries use Bolt?

Today, Bolt operates in more than 100 cities and 30 countries. It opened in Sweden, Croatia and Finland in the past six months, and will soon be available in Russia. More than 25 million passengers have used Bolt to take a ride since it was rolled out.

Is Bolt similar to Uber?

Ride-hailing app Bolt 'lets drivers name their price' after Uber's 10% London hike. The company hopes its move will create a better system for drivers and customers alike and eliminate massive peak demand price spikes.
