How do I redeem my BOV points?
You may choose to redeem your BOV Points against a credit voucher that can be utilised to purchase goods at 'SCAN'. Redeemed credit will be available in the form of a voucher. You will be advised of the availability of the voucher by SMS within 7 working days from date of redemption.
How do I get an activation code for my BOV?
Activating your card is very simple all you need to do is text 'ACT' followed by the last 4 digits of your card to (00356) 9918 0001 β e.g. ACT1234. The SMS must be sent from the mobile phone number that is registered on the Bank's system.
How do you use a BOV ATM?
All you need to do is:
- Insert your card.
- Choose the language (Maltese or English)
- Insert your PIN.
- Choose Other Services.
- Choose Deposit, followed by Cash Deposit.
- Insert the cash.
- State the total amount deposited.
- Take your Card.
