@WeAreOpenreach @polyoldgirl79 Ok so it's good your account is fine. If an engineer calls or knocks ask them to double check the address and just tell them you have not placed an order and would like no work to take place. The engineer will then send the job back to the supplier. ^David

@WeAreOpenreach @Nick_Kernick I have found the works and I can see that this was emergency work to get a resident back in service and the road had to be closed for the safety of the engineers working to restore services, We are sorry for the issues the works caused ^Gary
