@bt_uk @Sam_Kinnaird Sorry to hear that Sam but I can assure you there is no button we can hit to cause this. Wifi will go slow or drop due to interference from other wifi networks round you and any electrical devices. ^Dee

@bt_uk @Revilomagic The fault has been passed to the engineers who aim to have service back up and running by 11th. This date is estimated Derek so it's possible it may be fixed sooner but this isn't guaranteed. ^Dee
