How do I log into my BUPA account?
Go to www.bupa.com.au and click Log in. Type your current Login ID and password, then click Login.
How do I claim my BUPA optical?
- Register with myBupa. If you've already registered, simply log on.
- Select "Make a claim" from the menu options.
- Upload a copy of your invoice and/or receipt from your health practitioner or service provider.
- Upload a copy of a completed medical certificate if you are in the first 12 months of your cover.
Does Bupa cover blue light glasses?
50% off applies to selected complete optical frames (includes standard single vision lenses), selected frames only and selected sunglasses (standard single vision grind lenses and tint) and non-prescription sunglasses available while stock lasts.
How do I check my Bupa membership?
You can view and print your membership card by simply clicking on 'My services' in the Bupa Arabia app. You can also contact our toll-free Customer Service number on 800 244 0307 and our representatives will send you a confirmation email of your membership within minutes. Please note this is valid for one visit only.
What can you claim on Bupa?
Depending on your cover, we pay 60% to 100% of the cost on most dental, physio, chiro, and podiatry consultations. For some services, you'll pay nothing at all. You'll usually be able to claim on the spot by swiping your Bupa card. You'll know instantly if there's anything left for you to pay.
Can I lodge a Bupa claim online?
Claim online or via the Bupa app for most Extras* services with our step-by-step tool. It's one of the quickest ways to process your claims. Better yet, you generally receive payment in your bank account within five business days. Get an estimate online before you get treatment.
Does Bupa cover pre-existing conditions?
Are my clients covered for pre-existing conditions? Health insurance doesn't generally cover pre-existing conditions. If they've never had health insurance, we'll need to base our decision on the cover we can offer your clients on their past seven years' medical history.
How do I change my payment info on Bupa?

- Open the myBupa app and log in.
- Select 'Manage your cover'
- Select 'Change payment details'
- Enter your payment amount.
- First reconfirm your direct debit details for bank account, credit card, or PayPal.
- Then choose your payment frequency and start date.
