How does the 13cabs app work?
If you have the 13cabs app, you just get out and go. Your payment will be processed in the app and a receipt will be emailed to you. If you've hailed your cab on the street or booked on the phone or online, simply pay by your preferred credit or debit card, Cabcharge or cash.
What to do if you leave your phone in a taxi?
If you lose anything in a taxi you should first contact the police as drivers are advised to hand in any lost property to their local police station. Telephone 101 and ask to be put through to the help desk at your relevant police station.
Can I pay for taxi with credit card?
The TfL Board agreed that passengers should be able to pay by card, including contactless, at its meeting on 3 February 2016 and from 31 October 2016 all licensed taxi drivers have been required to accept credit and debit card payments.
