How do I access Calpads?
You will need to have access to CALPADS. Request for SELPA user accounts can be made by sending an email to [email protected]. Once the ticket is received, the CDE will contact you shortly with the application and instructions. Each SELPA organization is allowed to have up to two SELPA accounts.

Who reports to Calpads?
In order to meet the requirements of California Education Code Section 60900, LEAs shall retain and report to CALPADS individual pupil and staff records, including: Statewide Student Identifier (SSID) data. Student enrollment and exit data. All necessary data to produce required graduation and dropout rates.
How often does Calpads update?
Beginning in the 2021–22 academic year, the California Department of Education will conduct a series of quarterly updates via webinar for local educational agencies (LEAs) regarding the California Longitudinal Pupil Achievement Data System (CALPADS).
