Hi Kristofer, I am sorry to hear that you have been locked out of Netbank, and I can confirm that you may be locked out for up to a 1hr or you may have to call to have your NetBank unlocked. As you are overseas, you can contact our Customer Service Centre on +61 132221, 24 hours a day 7 days a week.

Why can't I get into my banking app?

If you have entered an incorrect mobile banking passcode too many times, the app will have become locked. To reset your passcode open up the app and select 'Forgotten passcode'.
