CeTARS is a user-friendly system that allows authorized users to input and retrieve Course, Student, resource, personnel, Publication, testing, and statistical data to / from an ORACLE relational database consisting of a series of tables.

CANTRAC is a NAVEDTRA publication, which contains information concerning all formal Courses of instruction throughout the Navy. CANTRAC is also an output product derived from the CeTARS database available online.
How do you become a Navy Cantrac?
