Cologuard will send your results directly to your provider two weeks after your kit is sent in. The results will be posted to the Patient Portal.

Your Cologuard test result will typically be delivered to your healthcare provider within two weeks of our lab receiving a sample. If you returned your sample to the lab more than two weeks ago but still haven't received your results, please call Exact Sciences Laboratories Customer Support Center at 1-844-870-8870.
How do you read Cologuard results?
Cologuard test results simply show a “negative” or a “positive.” Negative test results indicate that no atypical DNA or hemoglobin biomarkers were found in your stool sample. That just means that the test did not detect any signs of colon cancer or precancerous polyps in your colon.
