Can I log into my Common App?
You can sign into your Common App account and access PDFs of your submitted applications on your dashboard. The PDF copy includes your responses to Common App questions and college-specific questions. It does not include any information about your counselor forms or other letters of recommendation.
What is Common App username?
The Common App ID (CAID) is located at the top right corner of each page within your Common App account. If you contact a college to which you're applying through the Common App, it's a good idea to provide your CAID so they can know a bit more about you.
What is the member section of the Common App?
Member screen: Screen that houses member specific questions. Member sections include: general, academics, activities, contacts, family, residency and other information. Found within the My Colleges tab. Mid year report (MR): Should be sent when final grades for first semester or trimester are available.

How much does Common App cost?
What does the Common App cost? The platform itself is free to use, but every college charges their own application processing fee (usually $30 to $75 for U.S. applicants and more for international applicants). You can apply for a fee waiver if you need one.
Is the Common App free?
The Common App is free to use and 48.9% of member schools don't charge application fees for first-year students, according to data provided by the organization. Students who are applying to colleges that have an application fee will have to pay that cost when submitting their applications.
Do Ivy Leagues use Common App?
Eight Ivy League schools – Brown, Columbia, Cornell, Dartmouth, Harvard, Princeton, the University of Pennsylvania, and Yale, accept admissions through the Common Application.
