How do I find my DoD ID number?
Locate your 10-digit DoD ID Number. This number can usually be found on the back of your Common Access Card. If it's not listed there, log into DoD ID Card Office Online [osd.mil] and locate it under the "My Profile" section. Save your DoD ID Number to your profiles.
Where can I update my CAC card?
Renewing Your Card
If your CAC expires and you are eligible for a new CAC, you should go to the nearest RAPIDS site and obtain your new CAC. For your convenience, CACs can be brought in for renewal up to 90 days in advance of the expiration date.
Do military dependents have a DoD ID number?
Every DoD ID card will have a DoD ID Number printed on it. Dependent ID cards will not have the DoD ID Number of their sponsor, just their own number.
