User access is secure and designed to allow shareholders to get the most out of their online account management experience. Go to: www.computershare.com/investor.
How do I recover my Computershare account?
If you forget your password simply click on the “Forgotten password” link on the login box. You will be presented with the three security questions you set up when registering. Once these are successfully answered you will receive an email with a new password. Upon logging in you will be asked to choose a new password.
What is User ID on Computershare?
Your User ID is the unique ID you setup when you first registered for Investor Center. To log in, enter your User ID below. Please do not copy and paste your User ID as it may include spaces.
What happened to Computershare?
The deal was announced on 16 May 2018. All 220+ employees are expected transfer to Computershare as part of the acquisition. On March 23, 2021, Computershare acquired Wells Fargo Corporate Trust business for $750 million.
Why can't I access my Computershare account?
If you login and do not have access to your portfolio, this simply means that we still require verification from you. In order to verify, you need to enter an access code which we send to the address we have on record for you.
