How do you check if I have entered the Congestion Charge zone?
If you've driven into the Congestion Charging zone there's no way to find out if your vehicle's number plate was recorded or not, other than wait to see if you get a letter or fine through the post.
What is your customer ID on Congestion Charge?
Help with CustomerId Your Customer ID is unique to you. If you are the account holder this number is the same as your London Road User Charging account number. If you have been given access to someone else's account, you will have an individual Customer ID for you.
Is there Congestion Charge today?
The Congestion Charge is a £15 daily charge if you drive within the Congestion Charge zone 07:00-22:00, every day, except Christmas Day (25 December) and the period after that, up to and including New Year's Day Bank Holiday. The easiest way to pay is by setting up Auto Pay. Exemptions and discounts are available too.
