How do I find my dragon pass?

If you have subscribed a DragonPass Membership Plan or received your Membership from an Issuer, your digital membership number can be found in “My Cards” section or in the “Profile” section by clicking on “Memberships”.

How do I get my Dragon Pass activation code?

The activation code is a four-digit number which will activate your membership in the program. The activation code was sent to you by SMS message. If you have not received the Activation Code or you have deleted the SMS message, contact our Payment Card Clients Line +420 955 512 230.

Is Dragon pass the same as priority pass?

DragonPass is fully digital but Priority Pass has a physical membership card in addition to the digital one. You need a mobile app to visit lounges. Priority Pass members can transact also using a traditional plastic membership card.

How can I access my cooperative bank account using my phone?

Remember you must have linked your co-op bank balance check phone number with the bank to enjoy the service.
  1. Start by dialing *667# on your phone.
  2. Provide your PIN to gain access to your Mcoop account.
  3. Select 'Balance' from the menu.
  4. Choose 'MCoop Cash' option or simply 'Coop Bank Account' option.
  5. Choose your bank account.

How do I register my DragonPass?

To apply for DragonPass membership, the Qualified Cardholder must register via the exclusive Citi Philippines DragonPass link: dragonpassuk.com/citiph and provide the following information: Name (same as in passport)

What is DragonPass Premier Plus?

Download the DragonPass Premier+ app before you travel to check lounge listings, opening and closing times and any restrictions that may be in place. It also gives you information on restaurant and spa offers as well as the ability to pre-book certain lounges.

How can I get DragonPass for free?

Download the Dragonpass app and login
After registration, you will receive your memberships number and password via email. Enter these information in the Dragonpass app, and you are ready to go with your free membership.

Can you book airport lounge with DragonPass?

If you are a member of a cardholder scheme, such as Priority Pass or Dragon pass you can pre-book entry, which will guarantee lounge entry on the day by contacting the Aspire Lounges Customer Services Team.

If I add my membership number to the app, it tells me the number is already in use ?
So I login with my email address and as far as I know, I do not have a password set up for Dragon Pass, so I've tried my banking password, but I still cannot get into the app.
Can you please help.

After a number of telephone calls to have the dragon passes sent to me I have still not received them, last call made on the 20/03 spoke to Connor who advised I would be getting an e mail with the pass details, so far nothing. I am so disappointed with the service I have so far received. The letter dated 29/09/22 advised that I have the dragon pass on my account this time. So can you please look into this matter and let me know what is happening. Many thanks Ann Carr
