How do I cancel my subscription to Curology?
You can cancel your account on your own at any time. To begin the cancellation process, click 'I want to cancel' at the bottom of your payment page. (You can access your payment page via the dropdown menu when logged in to your Curology account). This will bring you into our cancellation flow.
How do I access my Curology account?
To login to your account simply head here to enter your password or request a magic link. If you have trouble logging in (for example you are prompted to start a new account instead) you may be attempting to log in with the wrong email address.

Since Curology is a subscription service, you'll continue to receive skin care products on a monthly basis. Your first order is usually a free trial (just pay for shipping and handling).

After the trial period, Curology pricing starts at $19.95 per shipment. Shipments are delivered once per month or every 2 months, depending on your selection. Some products include free shipping while others incur an additional $4.95 shipping fee.

The small custom formula ships and bills monthly, and costs $19.95 per month (plus $4.95 for shipping). The large custom formula ships and bills every two months at a price of $39.90 per shipment (with free shipping). Adding the cleanser and moisturizer set to your subscription box costs $20 more per shipment.
Is Curology sold in stores?

Since Curology is formulated just for you, their products are only available for purchase on their online store through Curology.com. You can only purchase Curology skincare by signing up for the 30-day Small Formula Subscription or the 60-day Large Formula Subscription.
