- Browse to Western Identity Manager.
- Enter your Western User ID and Password.
- Click Login.
- Select the Security tab.
- Select the Change My Password subtab.
- Enter your New Password.
- Confirm your New Password.
- Click Change Password.

How do I cancel my cybersmart account?
You have to send a cancellation fax the month before the last month you want to use the account or by the latest on the 10th of the month that you are cancelling as far as I know. Also send an e-mail to [email protected] to confirm that they have received it.
