Is assure better than Dan dive?
The biggest difference is that DAN is secondary insurance, they pick up where your primary insurance (like Blue Cross, for example) runs out. This has a lot of implications. Dive Assure is primary insurance. If you have a diving emergency, they pay for it.

Do I need dive insurance in UK?
Anyone diving abroad needs to be sure they are covered by their travel insurance. Many policies have a 30 m depth limit which is not always enough. We recommend always travelling with at least 40 m insurance cover.
Can you dive on antibiotics?
If you start a new medication, or change medications, don't dive until you have had a couple of days to feel it out. If your medication makes you drowsy on the surface, expect it may have greater effect at 75 fsw. In this case, you should either not dive, or discontinue using the medication.
