How do I log into DietPi?

By default, DietPi uses a login of username: root, while raspbian uses username: pi. Without the following change you will have to enter a password each time sudo is used. dietpi scripts use a check for root UID = 0, which prevents the pi username from running the dietpi scripts.

@DietPi_ @anne_engineer @BrianLinuxing Yes RPi 3 + 4 and up all support USB boot and Brian is right that earliest RPi 4 models might require an EEPROM update first. If it booted anytime since last year with "rpi-eeprom" package installed, it has however auto updated already. Big benefit vs SD card is high endurance.
