Who owns DMBA?
DMBA was founded in 1970 when The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints, along with other companies owned and operated by the Church, established us as a third-party administrator to manage employee benefits. Today, we're known as Deseret Mutual Benefit Administrators, or DMBA. We are a private, nonprofit trust.

Go to www.dmba.com. Click on My Health in the menu bar at the top of the page. Locate the Flexible Spending section and click on Submit Claims. Follow the prompts to Submit FSA Claims or get Help.
