How do I get my DofE certificate?
To receive your Certificate, you need to have: – Started your Bronze, Silver or Gold DofE before 31 July 2018. – Competed your Skills, Volunteering and Physical sections (but not your expedition) and had them signed off by your Leader before 31 December 2022 .
Can I track my Duke of Edinburgh Award?
To help you keep track of your progress we have created activity logs as a personal record of the time you spend on your activities for each section. Remember you must add this information digitally to eDofE along with your evidence, these logs are just to help you keep track.
What is eDofE?
eDofE is an interactive online system that helps young people manage their DofE programme and Leaders monitor their progress. Accompanying the system is a Welcome Pack for participants and the facility to create an Achievement Pack of their completed programme that young people can keep and share with others.
Can your parent be your DofE assessor?
They must be independent. Therefore, they cannot be a member of your family. An Assessor can be anyone who is interested in helping you to achieve, has some knowledge of the activity you are doing and can be available over the time you're doing it.
Does the Duke of Edinburgh Award look good on a CV?
Bronze DofE does not particularly stand out on a CV or Personal Statement. Due to the numbers of students that complete the Bronze Award each year (well over 100,000) it simply doesn't separate you from the rest.
How do I register for DofE?
To join a group and get your adventure started, please register using the enrolment form. You'll need to decide which level of The Duke of Edinburgh's Award you are going to sign up to, either Bronze, Silver or Gold and make the appropriate payment to complete the registration.
