How do I enroll in DriveSense Esurance?

To take advantage of this discount, you can enroll in the program online, by speaking to your agent, or by calling customer service at 1-800-378-7262. You will need to download the DriveSense app. You can enroll all drivers who are on your policy in the discount program to save even more money.

What is DriveSense?

The DriveSense app is a tool designed to help you drive more safely. It automatically detects when your car's in motion and logs details which are important to your safety: Speed. Hard braking.

How do I opt out of DriveSense?

You can stop any time. Just login to your account and visit the "Edit Drivers" page. Select "Not Enrolled" for each driver you want to remove, then follow the online instructions to complete the changes. Keep in mind, if you stop participating, you'll lose your DriveSense discount.

How much is the DriveSense discount?

What Is Esurance DriveSense? Esurance DriveSense is a usage-based insurance program that monitors a policyholder's driving habits in order to adjust their premium. Customers who sign up for DriveSense can save up to 25%, including an initial discount of 10%.

Who is cheaper than Esurance?

GEICO is cheaper than Esurance in most states. For the 13 states where MoneyGeek has data on both company's insurance rates, GEICO is less expensive in 11. However, it appears that Esurance has been merged into the Allstate brand as of 2020.

How do I pay Esurance?

In most states, you can pay with a checking/savings account, debit card, or credit card. After you select your payment option, you'll be able to change it by logging into your policy and selecting "Change Payment Info" in the "Payment Info" tab.
