If you want to use EasyChair for managing a conference, you should create your conference first. Create an account, if you do not have one. Log in to EasyChair and follow menu tabs "EasyChair" -> "Create new conference". You will be asked to fill out a simple form with information about your conference.

Go to https://easychair.org/conferences/?conf=lca2020 and click “create an account”. Check the “not a robot” checkbox and follow the instructions and then click continue. Fill out the fields and click continue. You will see the following telling you that a confirmation email will be sent to you.
