Can't connect to my ecobee?

My ecobee is not connecting to ecobee servers
  1. Try power-cycling the ecobee by removing it from the wall and leaving it off for two minutes.
  2. After two minutes, place the ecobee back on the wall.
  3. To reconnect to Wi-Fi, go to MAIN MENU > SETTINGS > WI-FI > NETWORK > SELECT WI-FI NETWORK.

What is the ecobee Web Portal?

The ecobee residential Web Portal is a convenient and free to use web browser interface for accessing and controlling your ecobee thermostats. NOTE: The residential Web Portal is designed to accommodate up to 10-15 registered thermostats without issues, as it is intended primarily for residential use.

How can I see my ecobee data?

You can find your energy savings data by logging into your web portal and clicking on the HomeIQ tile. There, you'll find an overview of how your system has been running—including its activity based on schedule, your estimated energy saved, and how your savings compare to others.

How do I control my ecobee thermostat?

How to Access & Adjust Comfort Settings
  1. Wake up your ecobee Smart Thermostat, then tap Menu.
  2. Tap Comfort Settings.
  3. Select the Comfort Setting you wish to customize.
  4. Tap the temperature controls to open them.
  5. Adjust to the desired temperature, then tap Save.

Where do I find my ecobee code?

Obtaining the Registration Code
This code is obtained by doing the following on your ecobee thermostat's screen: 1. Tap the three horizontal bars on the bottom left corner of the ecobee screen to open the Main Menu. After completing these steps, the code will then be displayed on the thermostat's screen.

Why is my ecobee not working?

Open the panel on your furnace to expose the control panel where your thermostat wires are connected. Most systems have a purple 3 or an orange 5 amp fuse on the board—check this fuse to ensure that it's intact. A blown fuse will have to be replaced. Once a blown fuse is replaced, the ecobee should power back on.
