How do I set up EduLink?
To take a register on Edulink, click on the “Registers” icon. Choose the relevant lesson and complete your register. To set homework, click on the “Homework” icon. Click “Add Homework”.
Why has my EduLink password expired?
This is because your school is using LDAP accounts, Edulink One uses your school login credentials (school usernames and passwords that have been configured at school) so that learners/ staff don't need to know too many passwords.

There are no hidden setup, support or per user costs with Edulink One. The price you pay includes everything, including support, upgrades and new functionality we add to the software. You choose which elements you want to roll out for your school and how/when you roll them out.
What does an eye mean on edulink?
Edulink One can only know if a message has been read from the app, not email or SMS. Eye Icon: The eye icon indicates that your message has been read by the recipient. This acts as a read receipt, showing you if your recipient has read your message.
How do parents use edulink?
Parents will receive their username via the email address we have registered in school, along with a link to set or reset their password in order to gain access to EduLink One.
