Why can't I get into eHarmony?
If eharmony.com is down for us too there is nothing you can do except waiting. Probably the server is overloaded, down or unreachable because of a network problem, outage or a website maintenance is in progress...
How do I reactivate my eHarmony account?
Can I rejoin eHarmony later with the same profile and matches? If you simply closed your account, you sure can! Just log back into your account and click Re-Open My Account. Your profile information, pictures, and matches will all be there waiting for you.
How do I shut down my eHarmony account?
Click on your profile at the top right corner of the page. A dropdown menu appears, select Data & settings. In the PROFILE VISIBILITY section, click on the “To delete your profile permanently, please click here” link. Enter your password and click on the DELETE PROFILE to confirm your account closure.
How do I change my email on eHarmony?
At the top header, select Account Settings to deal with issues like password changes, billing information, and your email notification settings. You'll automatically see the General account settings that allow you to change your password or your email address.
