What do I do with my EI access code?
If you are receiving EI, you can use your EI access code instead of a personal access code to register for MSCA.
- Your EI access code is on the first Benefit Statement you receive in the mail after you apply for EI.
- You'll use it to complete your online EI reports every two weeks.
How do I check my EI status?
You can view your EI claim status and messages by selecting “View my status and correspondence”.
How long does EI take after access code?
Once you have finished your EI online application, you will receive a 4 digits access code by mail within 1 to 2 week(s). This is an instructional letter that everyone will receive upon filling your EI application online.
Where do I find my 4 digit access code for EI?
To find your EI Access Code, log on to your MSCA account and select the view/change tab, under EI drop-down menu.
