Can you change your Eurotunnel booking?

Doing so is as simple as visiting our booking page. Once there, click on “view or amend a booking”, enter your booking reference and password that was provided with your confirmation email, and you're all set. Please note that while bookings are amendable, they are subject to availability on the chosen day.

Can I cancel my Eurotunnel booking and get a refund?

If you wish to cancel a part-travelled booking, please call our Contact Centre. * bookings upgraded from Standard to Flexiplus or Short Stay Saver to Short Stay Flexiplus will be only be eligible for a refund of the upgrade cost, not the total cost of the booking.

Can I change my Eurotunnel booking for free?

Each booking gives you an online reference and password so you can amend it later, although there's usually a difference in fare to pay there's no fee for changing.

Can you change a standard Eurotunnel ticket?

You can amend your booking on-line any time before the reserved travel date subject to availability to an alternative date/time within the 12 month validity or by calling our Contact Centre . ... More than 24 hours beyond the original booked date, the ticket will expire and can no longer be amended or used for travel.
