Are Fishman pickups solderless?
There's no full solderless/quick-connect wiring harness sold by Fishman and even some of the features like setting which coil is tapped for single coil use is set by soldering across different pads on the bottom of the pickup.
Who uses Fishman Fluence?
Great range of styles – commonly associated with heavier styles, but you can get everything from 3-pickup Strat sets to 8 string soapbars. Used by top players – the list of Fluence users includes Devin Townsend, Greg Koch, Tosin Abasi and Stephen Carpenter, to name a few.
