Do you get mobile signal or have Wifi on the island? ... Whilst some guests have been able to use their mobile network in the open areas of the island, coverage is limited on the rooms. In our experience, the best coverage is at the front of the island on the sand bags near the jetty.
Can you buy groceries on Fitzroy Island?
There is a "shop" on the island, but they only selling basics... handy to have if you are looking for a drink, or an ice cream etc., for the nippers, but. as for your groceries, take them with you. You can take as much on the ferries as you can carry, so don't let that slow you down at all.
