I receive an error message when trying to login from my PC.
Error: Login failed - unknown error. YES my password is correct as I can logon directly to the Lorex DVR that is in my garage. All cameras are functioning.

I have re-booted the DVR and logged on. When I get back to my PC I get the same error message when I try to log on. I am able to see all the camera live stream from my iPhone.

I cannot re-install because the Lorex Client 13 I am trying to use to re-install returns a Network error.
My DVR is hard wired with a Cat 5 cable. I can ping the DVR and get a response for all 4 pings.

Troubleshooting

Before login, must ensure following:
  • Keyboard CAPS lock is OFF
  • You are not using an old password
  • Your given email/login-name is valid
  • Its not a phishing website
  • Do not use VPN as some sites restrict VPN
  • The internet connection is active and login form is loading cache
