If you have applied for your Freedom Pass online you will be able to track its progress by logging into your account with your username (email address) and password. We will also email you once your pass has been posted.

The Freedom Pass allows you to travel on local bus services across England during off-peak times - 9.30am to 11pm Monday to Friday and all day at other times. The red rose symbol on your pass denotes that you have this right - known as the English National Concessionary Travel Scheme (ENCTS).

What are the new rules for the Freedom Pass?
In line with Freedom Pass travel restrictions, from Monday 15 June 2020 cardholders are not able to travel on buses within London between 0430 to 0900 Monday to Friday. They will be able to travel all day on weekends and Bank Holidays.
Can you renew Freedom Pass online?
You can renew your Freedom Pass online via the London Councils website. There are some exceptions to this: If you live in the London Borough of Camden you will either receive your new pass automatically, or be sent a form to verify that you still live in the borough.
