Is GCI getting rid of cable TV?
GCI is not exiting the TV business; we're improving the way we deliver TV. Much like VCRs were replaced by DVD and Blu-ray players, cable box technology is being replaced by streaming technology. So, we're replacing our outdated TV service (think, cable boxes) with our new TV service, Yukon TV.
How do I check my GCI data usage?
You can view data usage for any GCI product in MyGCI. If you do not have a MyGCI login, you can create one by calling GCI at 1-800-800-4800. NOTE: The usage viewer is a guide for estimating current usage. Be advised that real-time updates are not always available.
How do I cancel my GCI TV service?
If you are disconnecting the Service due to a move, please call our Customer Service department a week in advance of your move to ensure that your final bill is correct. You must return any Company Equipment to a GCI store within 14 days of disconnecting Service. Otherwise, you will be charged for unreturned equipment.
