- Click on My account in the top right hand corner of this screen.
- Enter your registered email address as your username - this will be the email address you used when setting up your policy.
- Enter your password.
Does General Accident have a phone number?
After 28 days, once your policy is up and running, we don't provide phone support. Of course, if you need to make a claim, you can call our dedicated claims line anytime.

- Select 'Change car details and usage'
- On the next page make sure you enter the date you want the change to take place (Note: on the day you select to change to your new car we will cover you for the full day on your old and your new car).*

You can stop auto-renewal by:
- Logging into your My Account.
- Simply scroll down to the "My policies" section.
- Find the insurance policy you wish to change and select "Change auto-renewal"
