How do I log in to the gohenry app?

Why can't I get into gohenry?

As the issue is related to gohenry software system, thus the only workaround to fix the issue is to use the web interface or use web browser to open your account on the mobile. Web version of the gohenry app is working fine and you can do most of the work from there.

Can you get free money on gohenry?

You get one fee free top-up per calendar month, so it's advisable to top-up enough money to cover all their pocket money and the monthly fee. If you need to/want to top up more, whether it be via debit card, or via a bank transfer, you can but it will cost 50p per transaction.

Is there a free alternative to gohenry?

Osper works in a very similar way to gohenry and allows you to set spending limits, with text notifications if transactions are denied. You can load money once per month to Osper for free. But, if you need to make any extra transfers, you're charged 50 pence. Using the card to spend and withdraw money is free.

How do I put money on my gohenry card?

Loading your parent account using your debit card is the only instant way to add funds. To do this, you'll need to log in on the website or mobile app and then click 'Top-up' on the homepage. Once you've confirmed the amount, click make payment to complete the top up.

How do I activate my gohenry card?

To activate your child's card, log into your account on the website or mobile app, select 'Activate' next to your child's name and follow the step-by-step instructions. Once you've finished the process, your child's username, password and PIN will be displayed to you on screen!
