I like this device for the BP & HR monitoring capabilities. I do wish that this app would share data from this app to another. The monitor display is very quick to shut off, sometimes, I need a little more time to write the readings down. Otherwise, this device is very good.

I went to my H Band app & I was logged out. I put my email address & my password. I checked the box saying that I read the privacy info & tapped on accept. I then tapped the login & I keep getting an error message that the network in down. This has been going on for 5 days. My WiFi is connected do the issue is not on my end. I deleted the app & reinstall the app & I still can’t get into my account & get the same message that the network is down.

MY H BAND WATCH is connected to my phone. When i get a call it goes through my phone. It says connected. However on my phone app when it says steps, sleep it says not connected. I click conncet now and it says i am connected. However i get no date on my app for steps, sleep , o2 etc

I have been trying to login for the past two months. For the first month your system failed to send a code. Now the code arrives, system accepts new password, but IT DOES NOT *#+~ WORK. The watch is really good - your system is very poor
