The normal fee is $25/month for three months (or $75) for each member of your team. If you're participating through your company, you will have a lower price (and usually additional prizes). The entrance fee allows you to compete for the cash prizes (usually more than $18,000 per challenge—details here).

Cheating is not easy to do on HealthyWage. They have a video verification process that requires you to validate your identity and your weight. You verify your weight twice for each challenge, once at the beginning (starting verified weigh-in) and once at the end (ending verified weigh-out).

Users simply need to achieve their goal in the timeframe that they allowed to win the money. Conversely users also can't cancel the challenge, so they don't offer refunds after a wager has started.
