How do I connect my compass to Vista 20P?
With the connections made, open the Compass software and setup an account for your VISTA-20P alarm control panel. Open the account, go to "communications", hit the connect button, and choose "Initiate from Telco" then click "Connect". The Compass software will generate a message box with an "OK" button available.
How do I stop my Gemini alarm from beeping?
On the Napco and Gemini keypads, you can press the FUNCTION key until it says “display system trouble” then press the on/off key. On the Magnum Alert keypads, holding down the #9 key for a few seconds will stop the beeping. The beeping will return if the trouble is not repaired.

How do you disarm a Napco alarm system?
To disarm all areas simultaneously, press 0, G and enter your code followed by J. If any zone is not secured, the keypad will alternately display "CAN'T ARM / AREA #", where "#" identifies the number of the area(s) in trouble.
